Travel information for the lessons of the second semester

Dear students,

I write about the directions for moving from Orange or red zones for use in the presence of the didacticai of the second semester.
The Rector's decree is currently in force, valid until 5 March, which you can find at the following link: https://www.unimi.it/it/node/40353 
According to this decree, of which I refer at the bottom of the excerpts relating to the movements, it is possible to move for study reasons from the Orange and red zones.
Self-certification is absolutely necessary for travel, which you can find in the annex. It is advisable to produce, in case of verifications, also a copy
(also from mobile) of the above rector's measure, as well as the Department's determination, which you find in the annex.

As for the after 5 March, we are waiting for the new Rector's decree. It will be my care to notify you as soon as possible.

However, I recommend the utmost caution to try to limit the spread of the pandemic, at this new difficult time.

A. gravity (yellow zone)

Only movements motivated by work needs, situations of need, health reasons and reasons for study are allowed. Self-certification is required to make the movements, except for movements within the municipality of residence.

B. high gravity (orange zone)
Only travel justified by proven work needs, situations of need, health reasons and reasons for study are allowed, only in the time slot between 5.00 and 22.00 hours. The” proven " needs must be
self-certified, under the responsibility of the declarant.
- - - For work, it is "proven need" the need to fulfill services that allow the performance of public services (in this area therefore also includes teaching and research activity, in all its forms).

- - - *For the study, it is "proven need" the need to follow lessons in the presence, where permitted, carry out laboratory and/or field activities, take advantage of library services, consultation rooms texts and/or study rooms. *
- - - For research, it is a “proven need " to continue the project activities already in progress, if their interruption, even temporary, jeopardizes the results of the research project or the timing agreed with the funding body, causing serious economic and intellectual damage.

C. maximum gravity (red zone)
Movements outside the municipality of residence are not allowed. It is possible to derogate from the ban on out-of-town travel, always in the time slot between 5.00 and 22.00 hours:
- - - for work: only in cases where it is necessary to fulfill professional services that constitute essential, mandatory and indifferential services.  The teaching activity, where provided in the presence or if it is necessary to use multimedia classrooms for distance learning, falls within this scope.  Similarly, it is allowed to carry out laboratory-type activities, functional to ensure the regular performance of the planned training activities, as well as field activities (equated for all purposes, for the purposes of this decree, to laboratory ones).    For administrative technical personnel, the provisions laid down in the specific determination of the director-general shall apply.
* - - - for study: only in cases where it is necessary to attend lectures in attendance, within the limits in which it is allowed, to take advantage of university services considered indispensable and functional to the needs of learning (libraries, loan books, consultation rooms texts, study rooms). *
- - - For the research, in cases where it is necessary to continue the project activities are already in progress, or if they break, even temporarily, put at risk the results of the research project or the timing agreed with the funding body, bringing serious economic damage, and intellectual.*
